Currently, physical purchases like consoles are not eligible for MyVIP and will not increase MyVIP star ranking.

You can see what qualifies in the
FAQ. In 2016, your eligible purchases came out to $309.83, which would place you in Star Rank 1 at the beginning of January 2017. Since January 1, 2017, your eligible purchases comes out to $553.38, which puts you at Star Rank 1. We will not be recalibrating
MyVIP Star Ranks for the next year, so you will still be on your way to Rank 2, which is at $600.

order to start earning your % back, you have to unlock your first star by spending at least $300 (or regional equivalent) on eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated
each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the % you get back each month. Plus, if you're an Xbox Live Gold member, your percentage doubles, and you can earn up to 10% back each month in Rewards Credits.

Please note: Purchase minimums refer to pre-tax totals.

Since you have not made 300 EUR in eligible purchases, you are not eligible for MyVIP payback, since you do not have any MyVIP stars.

We only see one purchase on your account on July 23 for 6.75 GBP. A five star rank requires 1200 GBP in eligible spending off the Xbox store. Since you did not spend this amount, you did not reach five stars. Your total spending of 6.75 GBP puts you at zero
stars. This means that you do not get payback. From our FAQ:
