    Hi,

    I just this morning purchased the new Minecraft and had to pay 199 sek even though I own a digital copy of Minecraft - Xbox One Edition before. I have played the first version for countless of hours and if I'm not mistaken, I should be eligible for a free
    update to the new version.

    Yes, I bought both Minecraft-versions from the same Xbox-account, so there is no difference there.

    So what happens now since I already paid money for the new? Will there be refunds for those who were a bit to quick on the buttons?

    New version of Minecraft Xbox One

    Hey, I own the Minecraft: Explorers pack for the Xbox one and I was wondering if I was eligible to get the New version of minecraft? Got the game at Christmas and I've definitely played more than 5 hours but it still says it's going to cost me money. Any

    No odst code for mcc

    Just to clarify, you had to have bought and played the game between it's launch and December 19, 2015 in order to receive the code for free. It was given as free for compensation due to issues at launch. If you bought it this past November, you would not
    have been eligible for the free code.

    I want to be able to play bedrock on pc

    Games that support Play Anywhere allow you go buy a game on console or PC and download it again for free on both platforms. Minecraft is not one of those games, so you would have to purchase it for each platform you want to play it on.

    Since you bought the game in 2019, it wouldn't be eligible for a refund.

    Depending what version of Minecraft you have bought, there are two different ways to request a refund.

    -> If you bought Minecraft Bedrock (Microsoft Store): Request a refund of your purchase here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio...

    The content should have been purchase less than 14 days ago to be eligible for a refund.

    -> If you bought Minecraft Java (Windows, Linux and Mac): you will have to contact the Minecraft Support to request a refund: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
