I ordered from Amazon over 2 months ago, didn't receive my installation to pre-install till the 8th when it was supposed to be the 1st but regardless over 9 business days have past with no code from amazon for definitive edition, support staff Lily U. said
"One thing I can assure you that your account is eligible for the code promotion" and refereed me to this forum site, Hopefully it isn't too much trouble to send the code to my account

Still missing my quantum break win 10 code

Bought digital version from amazon, which Xbox Support told me is eligible for promotion.

Redeem the code on 1st April.and I haven't receive any code yet.

The thing is he redeemed the code/game already but hasn't downloaded or played it.

Is that still eligible for a refund?

I clicked the link you have provided but do not see the standard edition of the game which I sent my brother.
