Eligible for code (10 Business days past)

I ordered from Amazon over 2 months ago, over 10 business days have past since the pre-install code for halo wars 2 with
no code from amazon for halo wars definitive edition, support staff Lily U. said: "One thing I can assure you that your account is eligible for the code promotion" and refereed me to this forum site

Clarifications: The game i'm lacking is definitive edition which support has Assured me this department can provide the code for and sent me to make this forum post in the first place.
So if support staff was wrong i'm terribly sorry for wasting time. My reason for making a second post is Mister Maka said if after 10 business days i haven't received the code to make another post, so this is that.

No Alan Wake / Alan Wake American Nightmare / Quantum Break for Windows 10 Codes

It has past the 7 - 10 business days mark and I have not recieved my codes for the games or windows 10 download.

The $10 code should be emailed about 10 business days after the game shipped as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. You would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you"re a rewards member you would receive
15,000 credits instead of the $10 code and those would show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped.

If you preordered digitally from the Xbox store, you would not be eligible.

 

The codes started going out on the 20th and should go out 7-10 days from that date. So you would need to post back if you don't receive the codes by the 30th.
