    Hello my name is Antonio I have been playing Eso for years and for the past week It has not been letting me load up my main just gets stuck on character select screen i’ve tried reinstalling the game yesterday please help even submitted tickets… I just want to play eso my character name is Sleepy **** - Warden - 2792 CP. @ZOS_GinaBruno ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Bill ZOS_Bill

    Hello

    It sounds like a server side bug with The Elder Scrolls Online

    It would be down to the support team over at Zenimax to escalate and to inform the Game Dev to investigate the issue.
    This game just doesn't work. What's the point if it takes hours to login? I've replied for a refund. Fix the bugs and don't sell unusable software.

    Hey Knighthawk thanks for keeping in touch!

    We suggest in an effort to be extra thorough a reset of the console since
    the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
    Soft Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
