Elder scrolls: Oblivion won't load, says I do not own game

Basically what i said in the title. Im positive i bought it on the account im signed in on, as its my only account. Ive restarted my account and tried contacting customer service but theres no one home.

Any ideas? Please help i am very bored

sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to see if you can find the purchase details.

on the left side it defaults to the last 3 months so change that to all available to search your entire order history.

you can filter the results to only show digital purchases

As said if you log into your Microsoft account and go to billing, it will show you your purchases. And if you own it 👍
