Elder Scroll Online Licensing issues

I ran into the same problem it seems most have had with the xbox store. A few months ago I installed the Elder Scroll Online Trial version. Played it, liked it. Just didn't have anyone to play with or some extra cash. Uninstalled it after the trial. Fast
forward to this last weekend during the Easter sale where it was only 9.99$, and I had some cash! So I go to purchase it and get past the payment type hit the buy button..... "you already own this game". I attempted it a few times obviously no luck. Fast forward
over 2 hours of xbox live support chat, and today phone call.. basically it turns out that the trail version and the full version both use the same license which at the time of the sale was active because they had a one week trail running for it with the
sale, (which seems normal with this game). So the Xbox store see's my old uninstalled as being active. So I was basically told I was out of luck you will have to but the game when there's is no trail actively running! All I wanted was to get a rain check for
the sale price of 9.99$, or or get xbox credit for 20.00$ (Currently it's 29.99$) so I can get it at 9.99$ out of pocket.

Just don't understand way I can't be helped so far! It's not any issue on my side, to me it seems it's a bug on the Xbox store side to not know the difference between a trail version vs. a full version! I mean what if try a trial and loved it and go to buy
it? You can't! Sorry you must wait to buy it full price after the trail (if it's on sale at the same time).

Xbox folks! Help!
