Elden Ring constantly asking for storage space

I noticed that your friend is not able to install Elden Ring properly.

I have to say your enthusiasm for your friend is commendable.

This issue looks more like a temporary glitch in the Xbox system, so let's try some troubleshooting options on the Xbox system first to see if the issue can be resolved.



If there is enough external storage space, you can try setting the storage location to external and check if the problem persists.

Power cycle goes first.

- Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

- After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

- Also remove all peripherals like Storage Expansion Cards, UBD HDDs, battery charging stations, etc.

- Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.



Then change the location.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

Select Change install locations.



If the problem persists, I'm afraid this will require an in-depth troubleshooting of the Xbox system.

When we need to perform error troubleshooting on an Xbox console, please understand that the Xbox System is more closed for reasons such as security and prevention of misuse.

It makes resetting the Xbox console most common means of troubleshooting Xbox System errors.

I've logged more than 120 hours on Elden Ring with the Xbox One and it's just started locking up constantly. Doesn't seem like a Ring problem.

I'm still having this issue. I played Elden Ring endlessly for a few weeks, no issues at all. Booted up Aragami 2 and my console switched off three times for "ventilation" issues in the space of an hour or so.

It’s the Elden ring game and punch card.
