    El software para grabar clips de vídeo en el xbox one desde hace unos días viene fallando...


    Desde hacer varios días el software para grabar clips de vídeos en el xbox one viene fallando.

    Algunas veces cuando se le da el comando graba normal ,otras veces graba clips de 5 segundos y otras veces no graba nada.

    La verdad creo que esto se debe a las últimas actualizaciones de sistema.

    Ya revise mi configuración y esta bien.

    Un minuto antes para grabar,full HD , grabaciones de un minuto.

    Me gustaría saber si existe alguna solución?

    Ya que intente de forma infructuosa comunicarme con el servicio de atención de xbox.

    Como dice el titulo, cuando trato de descargar el Crackdown 2 en Xbox 360, una vez que llega al 80% vuelve a 0% y así en un bucle, he probado lo de transferencia de licencias, borrar caché, la región es exactamente la misma de siempre y donde vivo (Colombia),
    ya no se que más hacer.

    PD: El Crackdown 1 se ha descargado con total normalidad
    A mi me pasa exactamente lo mismo con Kane & Lynch. Probado sin existo durante varios días; eliminación del perfil en el almacenamiento de la consola, borrado de caché,borrado de la parte parcial descargada (exclamación en amarillo en el juego), y transferencia
    de todas mis licencias, y Nada de nada, no hay manera de que se descargue por completo el juego. Me pasó lo mismo hará casi un año con Eternal Sonata, al final fue dejarlo pasar por unos largos meses y cuando probé se descargó, después de que aunque muy amables
    desde el servicio técnico no me solucionaron el problema. Yo pienso que se deberá a que desde hace días el servicio va bastante regular por el coronavirus. Pero vamos que me está pasando a mi también y parece que a más gente.

    desde configuraciones en el apartado de suscripciones te da la opcion de cancelar un servicio y para borrar la tarjeta creo que solamente se hace desde el sitio web
