El audio de los juegos no se escucha al iniciar un grupo de Xbox

Check the status of the Xbox Live service. If you see alerts, wait until the service is up and running and try again.
If you are unable to hear the person you are trying to chat with after joining their group, try these tips:
Make sure your privacy settings allow you to communicate with everyone. Press the Xbox  button to open the panel and select Profile and system> Settings> Account> Privacy and security> Xbox Live privacy. Select View details and customize> Communication and multiplayer, then make your changes.
Mute or unblock the person you're trying to chat with. Press the Xbox  button to open the panel, then select Groups and chats. Select the group to expand the group list, choose the person you want to hear again and select Mute.

Recientemente he estado intentando instalar diferentes juegos en mi PC y en diferentes discos duros que tengo. Cada vez que intento iniciar un juego que instalé recientemente, obtengo un BSOD. He notado que los juegos que ya instalé funcionan perfectamente bien. También noté que la ruta de instalación ha cambiado y me obliga a buscar una carpeta "XboxGames" dentro de mis discos duros para instalar los archivos del juego. Estos juegos son los que causan el BSOD. ¿Hay alguna manera de a) mantener la ruta de instalación anterior ob) solucionar este problema con todos mis juegos de xbox en la PC que causan un BSOD? Recibo un encabezado de grupo incorrecto y/o un código de detención corrupto de la lista PFN.

Tenia el mismo problema.

Si esta unido al programa insider preview, desactivelo y el problema se resuelve.

intenta iniciar el juego con los audífonos conectados al control, mientras inicia el juego no desconecte los audífonos y no se meta a ningún chat de voz, si el problema consiste puede intentar actualizar el control

Hola yo también compre la edición archives pero si pude descargar todos los juegos sin ningún inconveniente el único fallo que he tenido hasta ahora es que al iniciar el juego de mercenarios de RE5 me sale un mensaje de que el disco esta dañado que lo limpie
o algo así lo cual se me hace muy extraño ya que no hay ningún disco en la consola
