Buenas tardes, eh intentado comunicarme con el soporte pero me dicen que no hay personas o llamadas para el problema que tengo.

A finales de mayo ejecute una orden de garantía para un mando de Xbox, el cual llego al servicio técnico el día 1ero de junio.

26 días después me llego un correo donde se me avisaba que el servicio había sido cancelado, por que mi producto ya estaba fuera de garantía, el cual al revisar el ticket de compra apenas habian pasado unos dias desde el vencimiento.

Hoy es 16 de octubre y mi producto no ha sido devuelto y no me es posible comunicarme con soporte para revisar el estatus.

¿Que se debe hacer en este caso?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a repair. We recommend requesting a call from support. They should be able to assist you further than what the forums can.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next. On next box hit skip.

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

na minha regiao as garantia de produtos eletronico sao de um minimo 3 meses, e acredito que comprando diretamente da MS essa garantia seje de 1ano...

garantia estendida são boas para produtos com um preço um pouco elevado…

Con tu ticket de compra puedes comprobar cuando la compraste y hacer valida tu garantia, a menos que sea una consola reconstruida, en la cual la garantia es solo de 3 meses, te dejo este link con mas info.
