Either unlock my account or cancel my xbox subscription

Almost a month later and still no resolution no response back or email follow up after 3 days from filing a different recovery form and a 2 hour convo on the phone. This is poor excuse of help for a billion dollar company. Thousands of dollars spent through microsoft and cant even access my home xbox or my work account info due to this problem. Creating a new account and forgetting it is not an option. Very disappointed.

I cant do either. You need the account access to be able to login to unlock. If I could do that this issue would be resolved. The account was not locked because of me or anything I did. Problem still lies in the fact that the number acossiated with the account is the wrong number and the AI wont allow a proper password reset due yo someone else hacking/locking me out of my account. I know my password. This helps nothing.

Just to confirm, when you said " unlocking the account" did you mean that your account was locked due to enforcement action? If yes, please know that forums and Microsoft Support team do not have an option to unlock it since we have dedicated Xbox Enforcement Team who handles this type or issue.

On the other hand, may I know if you've tried resetting your password? If not, I suggest that you try resetting your password by following these steps:



1. Go to the Microsoft account password reset page.

2. Select the reason why you need to reset your password, then click Next.

3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Microsoft account, then click Next.

4. Enter the verification code that you'll receive via email or text message, then click Next.

5. Create a new password, then click Next.



If you're still unable to unlock your account after resetting your password, you may need to check Enforcement website to see if you are able to submit an appeal.

Regarding your Xbox subscription, if you're unable to access your account to cancel it, you can try cancelling it through the Xbox website. Here are the steps:



1. Go to the Xbox website and sign in with your Microsoft account.

2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then select "Settings".

3. Click on "Payment & billing" and select "Cancel".

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.

7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

I have gone through these steps and was just hung up on. No call back no solution. I have been nothing but polite to all the people I have talked to and still no answer on as to how I can regain my account.
