Edit avatar app won't load

Discus and support Edit avatar app won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I try to open the avatar editor app in just gets stuck on the loading page.     Edit avatar app won't load


    When I try to open the avatar editor app in just gets stuck on the loading page.

    Strangely the old avatar app works though.

    Anything i can do to fix this? Or is a problem on Microsofts end? Kniwn current bug?

    sorry to hear. You can also try to test the new avatar with the Windows 10 Computer app.

    You may benefit from restarting your console.

    Restart your console from the Power Center

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
    2. Select Restart console.
    3. Select Restart.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also, make sure it is updated. If that doesn't work, format all save datas.

    edit the avatar through our website. We suggest making a change to your avatar through the link we provided. If you are able to edit the avatar through our website, we recommend
    power cycling your console and loading the Xbox Avatar Editor App. Be sure to let us know the results!
