Hi! Have you tried the following?

Remove the account on your device, restart the console thru the Settings > Restart. Then redownload your account?

If it doesn't work, try to reset the console back to its default, KEEPing your GAMES & APPS. Please be aware that this will remove all the accounts on the device, all you need to do is to redownload it on the console.

The same problem persisting on my xbox one s. Disney Plus doesnt have an app in India. So when i use Edge to open the website i cant watch any of the movies or streaming content. Edge is certainly winning the worst browser contest

Well are you on xbox one or series s/x then just use it

Bing isn't as good as Google

Keep in mind edge on console isn't a desktop browser it's sandboxed and has limits on what it can do

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'm sorry to hear that the Microsoft Edge browser on the Xbox One is not working to your liking, but the browser on the Xbox One does not have an ad-blocker program that you could download on a PC. Therefore, when
browsing certain sites that have ads they place themselves for revenue, you run the risk of having ads open up in different windows like would happen on a PC without an ad-blocker. The pointer/cursor is not a free moving pointer using the controller like it
is using a mouse. The pointer moves from section to section like if you were pressing the Tab key on a keyboard, so if an ad opens in another window, use the D-pad or analog sticks to move up and view all open windows and then move left or right to the window
and press A on the X to close the window. This is by design and not an issue with the browser, however if you would like to present an idea to the developers on how the browser on Xbox can be more user-friendly using a controller, I would recommend posting
an idea on the new
Xbox Ideas page located on the Xbox Insiders subreddit. Hopefully with enough traction, the developers will improve the accessibility of the browser using a controller in a future update.
