Edge On xbox one zoomed in

the tab zoom in is negligible if i pull the right stick to the right but the bigger issue is that the tabs and toolbar are zoomed in so i can only get new tabs via duplication of existing tabs or deleting existing tabs till the button becomes visible. I also cannot see or click on the three dots. My tv is calibrated (screen boundaries as zoomed out as possible and this happened randomly. Did i click something?

I have some troubleshooting steps you can take, my friend:

Settings > General > TV & display options - Here you can find the screen settings for the Xbox (see if it's 16x9, or a screen setting that is compatible with your TV);

Go and see the Xbox settings tab and under display settings please ensure that the in app borders are ticked;

Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Magnifier > turn off Magnifier;

Maybe a power cycle will resolve this. Hold power for 10 seconds while console shuts off. Unplug power from outlet and wait 5 minutes. Then reboot.

Make sure TV is set to "native" and not "auto" or zoom.

None of these worked but since everything is mostly functional with vertical tabs ill settle as i use edge on the console less than regularly

i CAN get perfect functionality with vertical tabs (new tab button and three dots are to the right) but i hate vertical tabs and the tab itself is slightly zoomed and even if i right stick i cant click while doing so. For example, i cant click my channel icon in youtube to sign out change settings etc.

Repair / Reset Edge

Windows Key+i > Apps > Click Edge > Advanced Options

Repair - No data will be impacted.

If repair doesn't work - Reset - You may lose some data in Edge including browsing history, cookies and settings but favorites may not get lost. You are recommended to take a backup of your favorites before resetting (Open Edge > Click the 3 dots in top right
corner > Import from another browser > Export to file)
