Edge browser freezing and crashing upon opening

While Youtube was never the most feature rich, fastest or user friendly, it was fairly stable. Since it was updated it has rotunly crashed, failed to open or just displayed hour glass in place of video. Its almost to the point it is easier to suffer through
Youtube site in Edge browser but that browser crashes about once every two minutes. Please fix asap.

Hi, thank you for trying to expand upon the situation, however your analysis of the issue doesn't line up with my experience. On an Xbox 360 with relatively little installed on it, neither Edge or Internet Explorer, I choose "Purchase History" from said
location. When I do initially, Internet Exporer (not Edge) immediately starts to download, assumably so that I may view purchase history from a browser webpage. Upon the completion of download, however, all I am greeted with is an error page. After restarting
the console this same errpr page still appears. If Microsoft Edge is the browser on Xbox 360 that this link can open on, the function to download Internet Explorer first andopen on it is broken.

I think the issue might be Firefox.

I installed Firefox because I was tired of using Edge and noticed that whenever I had the browser open, my game would feel laggy.

Closing the browser fixed this.

Haven't crashed a single time until just now, when I had forgotten to close Firefox.

Nilay here and I'm glad to answer your query today.

I'd recommend you uninstall the browser and reinstall it. If the browser is edge then please reset the edge browser from settings. Go to settings and open apps there. Reset edge from there.
