    When I use Edge on Xbox one and put any video into full screen mode, when I take it out of full screen mode the address bar, tabs, everything disappears. I can’t move the cursor to any tabs, refresh button, close button, favorites, nothing. I have done a hard reset which didn’t work. My Xbox is on the latest update. The only way I can get the address bar back is by quitting the app and going back in. But once I make a video full screen and then exit, the same thing happens all over again. Hitting “Y” button just auto centers the cursor to the middle of the screen. Please help.

    No worries. If you don't know what I'm talking about you shouldn't be part of the test builds.

    It appears to be a bug with the app, and I recommend that you report the bug to Xbox with the instructions that are in the link for engineers to work on a solution.

    How are you?

    Follow this step and try again, please.

    Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your email and password.***

    I’m not sure what you mean by that, but I haven’t done anything abnormal to the Xbox since purchasing it brand new, meaning I haven’t made any crazy modifications or anything. It’s basically all default settings. Especially since I went through and reset it like you first mentioned.
