Ebon Flintlock Pistol - Not Received

Hi there,

I am contacting you regarding a missing skin from my character.

I logged into the Mixer stream solely in order to get this pistol skin, yet nothing has shown yet.

I read that it could take up to seven days to receive it. That time has elapsed and still nothing. I was hoping that someone could clarify when this would come through. I don't want to be hassle to you, however I also do not want to miss out and/or have this
forgotten.

Any clarification on this would be great, or even if you could point me in the right direction to get this resolved.
