Ebon Flintlock not in inventory

Hi. I watched the Sea of Thieves stream to unlock the Ebon Flintlock Pistol. The item appears in my xbox purchase history but is not in game for me. Its been over a week not so I was told to post here. Any help would be great!

Hi,

I watched the Mixer stream and have still yet to receive the Ebon Flintlock. All of my other bonus items are working for this game, but the Ebon Flintlock doesn't show up in my inventory.

You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

The item is nowhere in game for me. All my friends received theirs. Others with the same issue are getting a different answer than you have given me so I am a bit confused by this.
