Earthlock game problem

I keep running into these shell creatures. the battle goes well until there are 2 left, then the game refuses to let me have a combat turn until all of my group are dead. No matter how many hp's I have they just keep casting until everyone is dead. I have
tried for a different outcome 6 times without success. I counted 32 mob turns in one battle without my group getting a single turn. If all I can do is watch while the mobs slaughter my group then the game ceases to be a game at all. I find it hard to believe
the game was meant to play this way so can someone suggest a way to fix it?

Played about an hour & love it.

Got to a boss battle that's a real pain though so might need to level up a bit first.

Sorry to hear it. It may be a glitch. Can you please try deleting the game and redownloading it to see if that helps at all?

 

I did that, doesn't do any good. Game doesn't save at the point where you save either, it takes you back to the last activated statue if you save before you get to the next one. I killed a boss saved, warped out to the island to replenish hp's, resumed game
and found myself back before I killed the boss. I will just uninstall it, don't need the frustration on what was supposed to be a fun relaxing game.
