    im having problem loging into my xbox306 live account it says its already connected to another account but i just set it up online with my pc online

    i can also get earthlink 10mbps for $51 a month... worth it?

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    my kid and his friend cant join a party - need to use a 3rd person

    My son is having the exact same problem with only one of his friends (the friend has this problem connecting to my son) also). I have picked over the network settings as much as possible and cannot figure out the problem. We are not getting that ridiculously
    arbitrary NAT warning (this time anyway, we dealt with that nonsense already). I'm a network technician for EarthLink and for the life of me I cannot figure this one out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    HELP!! can't join Multiplayer! NAT

    Speaking on Routers, I had a new NetGear router and it started to give me all kinds of problems from freezing up my computer, to lag on mp. I could not watch youtube while playing my 360 which I needed to do, so I switch from that router to 10/100 fast EarthLink
    switch D-link a little lag but much better overall.

    Hey there Hollow,

    I would contact your ISP and ask them for help with this issue. The link we have above is directly from Earthlink, so if those steps aren't working for you, they would be best able to troubleshoot it further with you.
