Earning Qantas points on purchases

Qantas tell me to contact Microsoft but I'm unable see anywhere in the Microsoft support pages that relates to Qantas points at all.

Qantas tell me to contact their rewards partner, which is Microsoft.

Is there another section in Microsoft who could assist?

We see multiple Credit and deposit events for your MyVIP payback dating back to when you got your first star in November, and every month since.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Also, regarding payback for MyVIP eligible purchases this month, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

We see multiple Credit and deposit events for your account. You can review these events from your MyStatement section on the MyRewards page. Since all your pending Credits have been deposited, they will not show up in the pending Credit view, and you will
have to change the view for that section to lifetime or the past few months. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for purchases made in March, from our FAQ:

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Since your purchases did not complete any offers, the only way for them to be Rewarded is through payback. As for your issues with Microsoft Rewards, since that
is a separate program, we cannot offer a fully informed response. You would have to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards page for more assistance.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.
