Earn an extra star in February

I received the offer to increase my VIP star level from 1 to 2 if I made $75 worth of purchases in February. I believe that I met that requirement, but I do not see the extra star on my dashboard. I see other people had this problem and a processing delay
was mentioned as the cause. I just want to confirm that I qualified and that I should receive my extra star soon. Thanks!

Extra star February mission

I received an email last month if I spent $125 before tax I will receive an extra star which mean I will have 4 stars for the rest of the year. I actually spent over 125 before the end of February it still says I have 3 stars on my account.

While it takes us up to 96 hours to process new purchase information, if you have made your purchases only recently, then it would not have been within the month of February, and therefore not eligible for this offer.
