Early deposit request

Hello,

I have over 15000 Credits. Can you please help me get these deposited by March 15th?

Xbox rewards page gave me the idea to request by this statement,

" If you’ve got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below."

I'm trying to get it for a pre-order for a game that releases on the March 20th.

My credits just dropped today.

Request early deposit?

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you get to 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month, so when they are scheduled for deposit depends on when they became pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000
between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

You can no longer request a deposit because at 5000 or more pending Credits you are automatically scheduled for the next available deposit date, and therefore no longer need to manually request one yourself. We have two deposit cycles during the middle and
end of the month. As Murphs says, you should expect your deposit in the upcoming middle of the month deposit cycle.

I understand thats how it generally is done... it sounds like there is an option to do this for me though, but your deciding not to.

That I don't understand.

There is an option to get them sooner under certain criteria... which means it's an option.

It sounds like it's still a possibility to transfer them... outside of normal circumstances.... no?

I mean if you have a button to transfer for requests... why not click that button for my request?

The request seems it is made to help people that fall outside of a 5000 credit criteria....

that then creates a new criteria..... however inside or outside whichever criteria...

there is a way for early deposits.... a button to click .... but not for me?

The early deposits are only early in the fact that they are scheduled for a deposit before needing 5,000 pending first. Otherwise the credits would just remain pending until you have 5,000. Even with a deposit request, the credits are not deposited earlier
than the scheduled deposit dates.

As mentioned on your post yesterday (Please help me speed up the process):

We cannot deposit outside of these deposit dates. The FAQ entry means you can request a scheduled deposit before the 5000 Credit amount (at 1000 pending Credits). It does not mean you can request a deposit before the deposit date.
