Early Deposit Request doesn't show

Discus and support Early Deposit Request doesn't show in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 23k points and wanted to request an early deposit but theres no button to do so and the chat support told me to make a post about it....     Points Deposit Button Missing

    Hi,

    On my rewards account the button to request an early deposit is missing. I've tried my account on my phone and Xbox One and it doesn't show up on either. Any help would be appreciated.

    Request early deposit?

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you get to 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
    to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month, so when they are scheduled for deposit depends on when they became pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000
    between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

    Okay, second question then. How come my credits have never been deposited on those dates and always random?

    The 15th and 30th are just the latest dates that deposits are scheduled, but they're usually scheduled a few days before.

    Early deposit request button is not showing

    Hello Tomas Macejovsk,

    Since we were performing the end of month deposit, you were not able to schedule a deposit. The request a deposit link is now available on your MyRewards page again.

    For help with the Rewards program, you would need to post here -

    Rewards credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, unless you request an early deposit. Early deposits will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you request
    the deposit. You have to have at least 1,000 credits pending in order to request an early deposit.
