    Early deposit request button is not showing


    Hello,

    on "MyRewards" tab I can see that I have 2500 credits, so I want to request for early deposit.

    Problem is that I can not see the "request for early deposit" button, it is just missing.

    Due to previous advice from this support (credits were not depositing), I changed my Microsoft Account region from Slovak back to UK, so now both Rewards account and Microsoft Account region are the same (UK).

    So where is the problem? Should I somehow edit my account / billing info or what?

    Please answer.

    The early deposit button is not showing up. Help. Past the 15th no deposit. 5,750 pending credits.

    Credits not deposited / no early deposit button?

    My account is showing 30,000 XBL Rewards credits as of the 4th Jan 2017 but they weren't automatically deposited into my MS account on the 15th. I also don't have the button appearing to request an early deposit?

    Hello Tomas Macejovsk,

    Since we were performing the end of month deposit, you were not able to schedule a deposit. The request a deposit link is now available on your MyRewards page again.

    Hi Everyone!

    Are the points showing pending on your account or not at all?

    I have them pending but the button for requesting an early deposit is gone as well as the next deposit date!

    Can someone from Xbox answer here???

    Hello dave dude 1998,

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    The last deposit for February took place on the 22nd. There was not a deposit scheduled for the 28th.

    It's possible they could be deposited a day or so sooner, but the deposit is scheduled for the 15th.

    Fair enough, I just assumed they'd go through on the 28th since it was the last day of the month. Any chance at all I'll get the credits converted by the 13th? I don't wanna miss the Square Enix sale.
