    Early conversion to Microsoft Rewards


    Well, I entirely thought I had already ‘opted-out’ of switching my Xbox Live Rewards to Microsoft Rewards, somewhere back around the final email notice that the programs were changing (yet I cannot find any proof on my end that I completed the opt-out steps).
    I received an email yesterday, June 14th, that welcomed me into the Microsoft Rewards program.

    I am supposed to have until 23:59 (UTC) June 15th to opt-out. At the time of writing this I am still within that threshold. If I now try to use the opt-out link from the email(s), as it should still work, it takes me to an error page that says “That wasn’t
    supposed to happen”.

    It seems the system updated my account early. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

    If it's a conversion to Credits/Microsoft Points. Having been part of Xbox Live Rewards since the early days, and Microsoft Rewards through mobile. Dissatisfaction. Is where I see this going. I mean, What is the worth?

    How do we get the rewards?

    I was wondering if we have to manually ask for a conversion for the rewards to microsoft points, or do they do the conversion?

    Early credit conversion

    Credits have to remain pending through 1 deposit cycle. So it would only deposit any credits that were pending before a certain point.

    Well there needs to be. Why desposit a piece of what's there and not the entire amount? Makes no sense.
