    Hey. Me and my friend are trying to play EAFC online friendlies together and everytime he tries to select a team none of his buttons work and can’t select a team. we also get into a game and none of his buttons work too everytime he tries it says you have to sign in as a guest to play this game. do you guys have any solutions?

    EAFC 24 - how do I transfer my game data from Xbox One to Xbox Series X?

    Are you able to sync your EAFC 24 game progress on Xbox One?
    Lets try confirm that by the following steps.
    1. In settings, go offline.
    2. Play a game or two on EAFC 24.
    3. Save progress.
    4. Quit game.
    5. Go online.
    6. Wait for connection to be stable.
    7. Launch EAFC 24.
    8. Do not Press anything in the start screen, wait for a cloud storage and local storage progress file comparison.

    If number 8 is displayed, then it means the data is saved on cloud correctly.

    Try the same steps on your X Series console and see what progress you will pick up from the EAFC Cloud storage.

    To play local co-op, your friend needs an account on your console, it can be a guest one or one he created.

    No, EAFC 24 is not on the cloud at the moment. It might do when it comes to EA Play, but that will be sometime next year.
