EA support just threatened me with suspension of my account. Is there anyone at Microsoft that ...

So the whole incident started with executive customer relations sending me a email replying to the earlier email I forwarded from Microsoft stating that my console was working properly and that the "software Battlefield 4" was the issue. I then received
a reply from executive customer relation stating that they are closing my case and that they would offer me a copy of Battlefield on next gen or pc but are unwilling to help me further.

As you could guess I was very annoyed and placed a request for a call back on EA help. I was called by Claudia and she reviewed my case. She basically told me she plays on PS3 and her game crashes as well and that the game was created for next gen and
its not suprising that it freezes and has issues. After she stopped talking and gave me a chance to explain what had taken place and that I wanted to speak to a manager she became uncomfortable and placed me on hold. She returned a couple of minutes later
and told me she spoke to a manager and that he said he could do nothing. When I requested her identification and her managers that she "spoke to" she immediately told me no and hung up on me.

I got back on EA help and requested another call. About five minutes later I got the call and I explained to the new agent that I needed to speak to a member of management. He said "no problem" and asked a few questions concerning the issue and placed
me on hold. A few minutes later a manager named Derrick answered and I explained what had taken place. I addressed the statement on the game being created for next gen and he said that either Claudia lied or had misspoke. I let him know I did not feel she
had lied ask she did go in to depth on the statement. He in turn told me that he is unwilling to help and that if I called back again that he would suspend my account.

My console suspension

I received a 2 week communication ban on August 11th that last for 2 weeks. I was fine with this suspension, but on August 12th at around 3pm I logged into my xbox and it said that I had a console suspension preventing me from speaking and play multiplayer
on any accounts I sign into on my xbox. I went the the enforcement website online and the only case was my account suspension, there is nothing on my console suspension and customer service can see that I have 2 suspension but can tell me or see why I got
the console suspension. I would like to know why I got this suspension, there is nothing on the website about console suspensions and I have looked at websites online and videos and there is nothing about console suspensions. I haven’t messaged anyone anything
to get me ban and I haven’t done anything bad in multiplayer games. Anyone that can help in anyone, please respond to this post.

 

How do you view the birthday associated with your xbox live account?

I'm trying to link my ea account to my Xbox Live gamer tag, and the support at EA keep telling me my birthday is incorrect... I'm pretty sure that hasn't changed since I was born so perhaps I entered the wrong thing accidentally. Can anyone tell me where
I can find this information?

 

This something that you would need to sort out with E.A.,it's not something Microsoft can help you with

They can not ban your xbox live account.The only account E.A. could ban would be your Origins account but i really doubt they would do this just for contacting their customer support again.

 

Ea needs to sort this out sorry mate

 

I was advised to post this by the phone support team at Microsoft. No they cant ban my live account but they can ban me on battlelog and on battlefield 4.

 

Not sure why you were told to post here as it's an issue with E.A.,not Microsoft.

 

They said the higher tier teams will see it and someone may be able to take action against EA,

 

Something like that would not be thru Xbox forums that would be something to do with developer relations which is only thru Xbox support escalations

It is highly doubtful

The only option for you would be to post in bf 4 forums not Xbox support forums

 

Microsoft has nothing to do with this, forum support does not have more access than phone support. most likely the agent told you to post here in the hopes that answer would make you happier than the truth, which is that you need to talk to EA since MS
has nothing to do with it.
