Discus and support EA Support and Unlinking EA account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have numerous times contacted EA support about an account that was linked to my Xbox ID is not mine.     EA Support and Unlinking EA account


    I have numerous times contacted EA support about an account that was linked to my Xbox ID is not mine. I've stated that the email that pops up asking me to recover is not mine and when I try to put in my EA account email it states "Duplicate Account". After 3 times giving EA my IP address,Date of Birth, Billing Address,Location, Game I have downloaded,etc... EA states that I am not giving truthful information and that I need to call or chat back when I have correct information and access to my email(which is not mine).

    My question is since I can easily verify my Xbox ID and account, can Xbox unlink the EA account attached to my Xbox ID so I can log into my EA account?

    only EA can unlink an account, it has absolutely nothing to do with microsoft. your email is linked on ea servers. only ea support can unlink.

    You need to contact EA support to help you unlink your xbox account from EA account.

    However keep in mind that if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

    Xbox can't unlink the gamertag from your EA account, the link process occurs on the EA servers not on Xbox, the only ones able to unlink an account would be EA support

    Greetings!

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

    We understand that you need help with your Xbox account that you want to unlink to your old EA Sports profile.

    To unlink an Xbox account from EA Sports profile, you should visit their support page where you can manage your EA Sport profile by there you will have an option to unlink or manage your profile there. Because if you will check on Microsoft support page there is no option to unlink or manage 3rd party accounts or in game accounts.

    Here is the support article that will guide you how to unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

    -Go to the Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal..

    -Find the account you want to unlink, and click the Unlink button next to it.

    -Read the disclaimer and make sure you want to unlink, knowing all the risks.

    -Check the box next to I understand and wish to continue.

    -Click Unlink.

    How do I unlink my ea account as e mail now expired ?

    I'm sorry but only EA can unlink EA accounts to xbox accounts. Xbox support can't do this.

    You aren't talking about the EA Access subscription right?
