EA Still Showing Linked in XBox on Windows 10

So I unlinked my EA account from XBOX as seen here:

However, XBOX shows that it is still linked, how do I fi fix

Since you have already unlinked your account to EA, It can be just a glitch. therefore I would suggest to sign out from the Xbox app and check gain.

Thank you for the fast response, I have signed out multiple times, I have signed out and closed XBOX I have even tried rebooting my computer. Nothing has helped.
