EA Star Wars Battlefron 2 Elite Trooper Edition

Microsoft recommend xbox one family users all have individual accounts (gamertag). This helps people to keep their own game scores and friends etc.

EA Star Wars Battlefront 2 Elite Deluxe Version (disc) comes with a redeemable code for the "elite" extras. Unlike DLC content from the original
game, this code only works with a single gamertag.

I redeemed the code on my gamertag. No family members can access the new content. This is not in accordance with MS guidance for xbox usage. I spoke
to EA Games, they said this is correct!

I can play "elite", but I seldom do. The rest of the family can't. I may as well have bought the ordinary (much cheaper) version of the game.



EA poor practice. Beware.

Punch card

I pre-ordered wwe 2k18 deluxe edition and Star Wars Battlefront 2 Elite trooper deluxe edition and on the punch card for the 15,000 credits I did not receive any credit.

 

Pre-Order Punchcard Not Working

I pre-ordered Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus (Digital Deluxe Edition), Call of Duty: World War 2 (Digital Deluxe Edition), and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition) all on October 14th. I still have not received my 15,000 reward credits.
Please help.

 

I was scared with this strange decision. Indeed, i bought this game to my son using my account and then, he can't use no additional content. I'm very upset and I'm still feeling a victim of this bad practice from EA.
