    Does anyone know how to delete an EA Sports profile from your Xbox account? I no longer have the email that I used to create my original EA Sports profile, and I cannot remember the password for the EA Sports account. I have tried contacting and explaining
    the issue to EA but they have been zero help. It's really frustrating because I play several EA Sports games and because I cannot access my EA Sports account, I cannot access certain features of and updates for the game.

    All I want to do is to unlink/delete my current EA Sports profile and link the new one that I created to my Xbox account. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? Please help!

    Greetings!

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

    We understand that you need help with your Xbox account that you want to unlink to your old EA Sports profile.

    To unlink an Xbox account from EA Sports profile, you should visit their support page where you can manage your EA Sport profile by there you will have an option to unlink or manage your profile there. Because if you will check on Microsoft support page there is no option to unlink or manage 3rd party accounts or in game accounts.

    Here is the support article that will guide you how to unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

    -Go to the Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal..

    -Find the account you want to unlink, and click the Unlink button next to it.

    -Read the disclaimer and make sure you want to unlink, knowing all the risks.

    -Check the box next to I understand and wish to continue.

    -Click Unlink.

    FIFA is an EA Sports game. EA servers have their own age restrictions. If the birthdate on your son's account is accurate and he's under 14, he will not be allowed to play FIFA online on that profile.
