EA Sports NHL 17 Super Deluxe Bonus Content

Thank you for this. I received the code for EA Access on July 7th, which came through my Xbox Live messages and still has a presence in my inbox. However, I have not received my code for the bonus content as advertised. The game was purchased directly
from the Microsoft Store, and the advertised bonus content which includes 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle, and the EASHL '94 Celebration was not included.

Please take a look at this
guide from EA regarding content included in the different versions of NHL 17. The HUT Gold Packs, EASHL Equipment Bubdle, and EASHL '94 Celebration are not acquired via separate code and is all in-game content.

If you are experiencing difficulty in locating the content in game, you will want to reach out to
EA Support directly for further assistance.

You're codes would have been sent to your Xbox Live messages (rather than your email address). They get sent 7-10 working days after you place your order, so you should have already received them. Also note that Xbox Live messages do expire after 30 days,
and are subsequently deleted after this time has passed.

It's possible that the Xbox Forums Support team may be able to retrieve your codes, however this is not guaranteed; they will reply to you on this thread with further details in the next couple of working days. If you didn't receive the codes to your Xbox
Live messages, then they'll help out with that as well.

In the meantime, please see the terms and conditions for this offer below (for reference).

Keep in mind that with the Deluxe Edition you should receive 5850 NHL points in HUT, not any extra packs. Additionally, this is content we're unable to provide over the forums.
