EA says xbox game pass has expireed

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue regarding EA Play, Ubisoft, or Riot not recognizing our Game Pass subscription. However, there are no official announcement yet from Microsoft.

If it were Game Pass Ultimate it would come with EA play and Gold anyway but the problem is that I both don't have EA Play or Gold anymore. So I only have Game Pass without EA Play or Xbox Live Gold so it was more of a downgrade than anything. All in all it did not upgrade into Game Pass Ultimate. Because I had 3 - 4 months of Ultimate I can tell the difference and I am missing out on the deals with Gold and the games of the month. Under my subscriptions tab it says that I have Game Pass not Game Pass Ultimate and that my Gold subscription has ran out when I know that my Gold Subscription has not run out. Thank you for the reply.

If you had a previous account linking and it doesnt say "EA play with game pass" under settings-> my account -> my membership in EA Desktop app then I suggest

- Clicking Manage from the settings in EA Desktop app to go to the EA customer portal website and under Connections disconnect the xbox account

- Then log out of EA Desktop and exit both apps

- Then install a EA game from xbox app

It will log you into EA Desktop and link accounts giving "EA play with game pass" membership and start downloading from EA Desktop app

Note it says you can only ever link one xbox account to your EA account

EA Play will be available to members of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass for PC as part of their membership benefits at no additional cost later this year. Once this has been released and implemented then what games are part of that service should
begin to be available. Until that time if you go to EA Play it will still act as it has before and require membership to access content within. Here is a great article about this on Xbox Wire

I cannot access all my EA games that i used to play before. The EA application shows a message saying that my xbox game pass was expired and I have to renew game pass to play. However I checked that my Xbox PC game pass was not expired. I can still play games in xbox app but not games in EA play. I tried to restart the app and logged out many times, but no response at all.

I'm experiencing the same problem as well.
