EA Play subscription, purchased but cannot use it

Discus and support EA Play subscription, purchased but cannot use it in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I purchased EA Play for computer through Microsoft.     EA Play subscription, purchased but cannot use it


    I purchased EA Play for computer through Microsoft. Although it is active, I cannot see the games on EA Desktop / Xbox applications. My accounts are linked and not working. Can you help me?

    its a weird scenario

    EA play subscription is available on console at 3.99 PM or 20 Per year

    EA play is available on console and PC via gamepass sub

    EA play sub is available via EA, Steam or epic store on PC at 3.99 PM or 20 Per year.

    very confusing to say the least.

    As i have now done away with gamepass completely i just got EA play via steam at 20 per year and can forget about it, most of the EA play games via steam support steam achievements as the microsoft way of doing ea play on PC is atrocious and does not support anything.

    did you purchase gamepass or ea play only, if ea play sub only then that is via console only if purchased through the store. as ea play on the xbox app PC is provided via gamepass subs.

    one of the reasons i got ea play through steam as it is fully integrated and supports achievements which the xbox app on pc does not.

    EA Access can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid EA Access subscription card from a retailer. Currency on your account cannot be used to purchase third party subscriptions.
