Discus and support EA Play subscription DID NOT convert to game pass... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was charged for a full year of EA Play on 01/11/20, microsoft cancelled it on 03/11/20 and supposedly converted it into game pass ultimate...     EA Play subscription DID NOT convert to game pass...


    I was charged for a full year of EA Play on 01/11/20, microsoft cancelled it on 03/11/20 and supposedly converted it into game pass ultimate subscription time.... However... My next charge for game pass is still 16/11/2020...

    I've paid for a full year of EA Play, had it cancelled on me after 2 days, and not gotten any additional game pass time at all...

    If you only want the EA Play subscription, then let the ultimate subscription expire, then purchase EA Play & Xbox Live Gold separately.

    Thank you for your reply, however those steps did not work.

    When looking the game on the EA Desktop at the time, comes back asking me to pay for EA play subscription.

    Now, not sure if this is a limitation or not, but my account is a sub-account from the game pass ultimate subscription, meaning it is a family subscription.

    This could be a factor. Have you asked the primary account holder to try and access EA Play from their account?

    I bought six months of gold about 3 months ago and it went away when I activated a game pass code.

    If it were Game Pass Ultimate it would come with EA play and Gold anyway but the problem is that I both don't have EA Play or Gold anymore. So I only have Game Pass without EA Play or Xbox Live Gold so it was more of a downgrade than anything. All in all it did not upgrade into Game Pass Ultimate. Because I had 3 - 4 months of Ultimate I can tell the difference and I am missing out on the deals with Gold and the games of the month. Under my subscriptions tab it says that I have Game Pass not Game Pass Ultimate and that my Gold subscription has ran out when I know that my Gold Subscription has not run out. Thank you for the reply.
