Ea Play Conversion

Hi Wise,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have clarifications regarding the conversion rates of EA Play and Game Pass Core to Ultimate.

Your 12 month Core will convert to 6 months of Ultimate. While your 12 months EA Play codes will convert to 2 months of Ultimate.

As long as you have 50 days or more left of your EA Play sub it will converted to a gamepass sub although i'm not 100% sure what that conversion rate is as i've read different things.

Consider your money lost. Microsoft does not control these prices, EA does. The fact that your are being billed by Microsoft does not matter. Microsoft Support will send you to EA, that's where I realized that it will be a dead end conversation with either
EA or Microsoft.

When you added the Ultimate and it converted your EA Play, the EA Play would have been cancelled at that time in order to do the conversion (which you agreed to when completing that transaction). So by cancelling Game Pass Ultimate, you cancelled everything.

As far as the refund, it can typically take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it has been approved, but can take longer depending on the bank.
