    EA Play conversion question


    I'm looking on http://account.microsoft.com and I can see that my EA Play has been converted to Gamepass Ultimate but right above it the site is telling me that I'm going to be
    charged in January.

    This doesn't seem correct to me as I had three years of EA Play on my account.

    Xbox Ultimate Conversion

    Hi Wise,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have clarifications regarding the conversion rates of EA Play and Game Pass Core to Ultimate.

    Your 12 month Core will convert to 6 months of Ultimate. While your 12 months EA Play codes will convert to 2 months of Ultimate.

    Will my EA Play subscription transfer over to a Game Pass subscription or will it be canceled?

    As long as you have 50 days or more left of your EA Play sub it will converted to a gamepass sub although i'm not 100% sure what that conversion rate is as i've read different things.

    Consider your money lost. Microsoft does not control these prices, EA does. The fact that your are being billed by Microsoft does not matter. Microsoft Support will send you to EA, that's where I realized that it will be a dead end conversation with either
    EA or Microsoft.

    Better question which game is it

    Keep in mind NOT all ea play games are included with gamepass

    So if you are trying for the newly released command and conquer remastered it IS NOT included with gamepass eaplay and that is an ea choice

    You MUST have the ea play subscription separately for it
