    When I got my son's xbox a year ago, it was agony setting it up so that he could play the game he wanted (Fifa 21). It is probable that this was because I am incompetent.

    Anyway, in the end I subscribed to EA Play and after some faffing about, got it going.

    I did so on the understanding that if you have an Ultimate pass, and EA Play, you would not be dual charged.

    I have been dual charged for a year (it's a small amount and I didn't notice that it had kept going through). EA (whose processes seem to make it impossible to unsubscribe, opening a new and irrelevant browser when you click the cancel subscription button!) refer questions to Xbox, and Xbox basically do not answer any questions in any kind of useful way. I would like a refund for the payments that I contest should not have been levied.

    EA play not working on PC

    purchasing ea play on pc is through ea app or via steam, if you have ultimate gamepass on xbox then you get access to ea play on the ea app on pc if the accounts are linked.

    if you only have ea play on xbox then you need a separate sub for ea play with the ea app or steam.

    Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you want just EA Play without the Game Pass subscription, correct? Are you trying to keep your EA Play subscription for PC or in the Xbox?

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is for both Xbox and PC, and it includes EA Play for both PC and Xbox.

    Xbox Game Pass for PC is for PC games, and it includes EA Play for PC

    EA Play for Xbox members who join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will have their EA Play membership on Xbox automatically canceled, and any remaining time will be rounded up and converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:1

    If you just want EA Play, you can purchase it separately for £3.99 / month or pay annually £19.99 / year EA Play - EA Video Game Membership - EA Official Site

    You can also purchase EA play separately on the Xbox console by:

    1. Pressing the Nexus Button

    2. Navigate to and click on "My games & apps"

    3. Select "See all"

    4. Navigate to and click on "Full library"
    5. Under "Available offers" you should see "EA Play"

    From there it will ask you if you want to purchase an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscription which includes EA Play along with 100s of other titles, or just EA Play.

    Since you are playing on ea play not.xbox network

    You have to.talke to ea

    Remastered is only o. Eaplay not gamepass which includes ea play but as .mentioned ea play games are EA play not xbox games
