    hi i have a problem with my account as im unable to link my xbox live account to my ea account as im apparently already linked to an EA ccount which is baffling to me as i have never done that and only have one ea account and xbox account . i have recently bought an xbox one s and wanted to use the ea play supscription included in the xbox game pass on it. Is there a way to unlink it from the xbox side or at least figure out what account is it linked to??

    Why cant I play EA games online ?

    A very long time ago with an ea it game it asked if i wanted to link my account ea account i said no ever since then i cant connect to the ea server i simply get "Log in failed, unable to connect to EA servers"

    Hey,

    EA support so far could not help me, because I am unable to log in into the account linked with my xbox account.

    I get a message with " [...]EA Account for 33*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." and the support has been unable to unlink it on their end. This problem has been bothering me for over a year and every time I try to get any help no one seems "able" to help me.

    Yeaaaaaa. well guess I'm never going to be able to play then, they told me they can't u link my Microsoft account and to ask you if its possible on your side

    There is a disconnect between ea and yourself it seems.

    And they are unwilling/ unable to remove the linked account I could see on the ea forums I'm not the only one with this problem too so I just don't no what to do
