EA one Month access not received

I preorderd FIFA 17 Deluxe Edition on September 1st. They said I should receive a code for EA Access 5-10 days after. It's been 15 days and i haven't received the code. I have a friend that preordered the game 4 days after me and he already received the
code.

I'm sorry but my patience is running low. It has been 20 days since I pre-ordered the game. I don't see how this is taking so long. I'm in no way trying to be disrespectful, but this is ridiculous. Isn't there a way for someone at Xbox to just check my billing
history and messages to confirm I've pre-ordered the game and haven't received any messages? And then just send my one. I would understand if it was before the promised time but it has been almost 2 weeks since the promised time and I'm getting really frustrated.
I was planning on playing the early access of FIFA 17 on EA Access, and I really don't feel like paying for a month when I was promised a free code.
