EA issues

So it looks like I have been having some bad luck with EA lately, a company whom I purchase most of my games from as well as being an Xbox Live Gold member for 7 years and an Preview member. Anyways here are my issues:

1. Never received an EA Access Code when I purchased Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition on 4/6/2016

2. Never received an EA Access Code when I purchased Madden 17 Standard Edition on 7/13/2016

3. Downloaded Madden 17 Trial, I had at least 4 hours of time left when I got off last night and I always hit "Quit" on all my apps and games since the Xbox One is sluggish enough as it is. Today I come home from work to find I have zero hours left when
I know this to be false. How can i prove it? I checked my game hub to see it has recorded 8 hours and 6 mins. That isnt right either but hey, If i can be redeemed 2 hours instead of having zero, I'd be happy.

bf3 online problem

Also remember EA games are notoriously bad when it comes to server/connectivity issues. Ive had issues like that with every EA game Ive ever owned.

ea "says" it wont have the same issues as sim city and bf4.
