    I got a message in my xbox inbox saying> Thanks for your FIFA 17 purchase. To get started with EA Access, redeem your 1 month code by 10/14/16 and install the free EA Access Hub by searching for EA Access on Xbox One. (25 digit code) However, when i clicked
    redeem (through windows 10 app) it says that the code has been already used. I had an active ea access subscription and it didnt extend, so it was redeemed by me. Any solution??

    Already talked with EA Sports live assistance, and two chat assistants from xbox support who linked me here. Any way to fix this issue?

    Anyone got the email yet?

    got mine but when i try and play all i get is a message saying connection to the ea servers was lost!!!!!!!

    But its funny, cause iam calling them since october, i got alot of trouble MS saying its a EA offer and EA saying its a MS offer...

    I called MS on friday... they were suppose to contact.

    I got a mail this morning:

    Dear MX ONLINE FACTo,

    after further investigation you are not in the winner list, if you got a mail saying you won fifa14 it was prolly a spam or a promo for EA, so you have to contact them....

    Kinda funny since i got my code this morning so iam a winner, and the mail is from xbox.com

    I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

    i have the exact issue as goggin. i have the ea access app right there but it says "unavailable" with no code in my inbox. i am also locked out of the preview forum as well.

    any help would be greatly appreciated!
