Ea fc points issue

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.

That is correct. Kindly try to launch the game to see if the points will show up in-game.

Based on the information I've gathered, previous reports clarified that FC Points wouldn’t be distributed until the official EA Sports FC 24 release date, rather than the early access period provided by the Ultimate Edition. Community manager ‘EA_Mako‘ on the official EA forums says that “it’s not intentional to get there early, they should show up normally once you have access to the game. In some cases, they appear to have been distributed early but cannot be used until actual launch.”

If it doesn't show up, I would recommend you wait for the actual release date, September 29th then check if the FC points will appear.

The leaflet isn't for FIFA Points to be used in Ultimate Team, they're EAS FC points and they're used for various in-game unlocks. You can access the EAS FC Catalogue by pressing 'X' in the main menu.

We would like to let you know that the first time your son log into Ultimate Team, Clubs, or VOLTA Football, he will be prompted to transfer the points by then he can make his transfer. However, if this prompted and he did not make the transfer then he will no longer have the chance to make the transfer as this will be one-time only.
