EA FC 25 live career bug

Hi everyone I recently purchased EA FC 25, I was very excited about the live career and even if it works with a few team, it does not work with Wrexham. I prepare all the career settings and while is loading the career it just kicks me out of the game to my Xbox Series S home screen. I tried to uninstall the game and delete all data several time but the outcome is always the same does anybody know how to fix this bug?

Please keep in mind that this is a public forum. I am an Xbox gamer like you and I am happy to help you with my knowledge.

I would recommend that you remove your Xbox profile and re-add it.

To remove it press the Xbox button to open the guide. Then select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. After that choose the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

And now to add it again press the Xbox button to open the guide. Then select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter. After that enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter. And finally review the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

After that try to run the game once again.

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer content from FIFA 23 to EA FC 25. The only allowed transfer was FC Points from FC 24 to FC 25, valid until December 31, 2024.

If I may ask, what is the exact error or issue that you're experiencing?

Also, is this happening with just EA FC 25? Are you having issues playing the game online while having an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Please note that the EA FC 25 is not included in Xbox Game Pass or EA Play catalog.

Yes, I don't get anything saying my data in being synced.

I just reinstalled EA FC 24 on by Xbox Series X and my UT and Volta progress have transferred over but not my Manager career. Any idea why that might be?
