    Ea early access refunds


    I received two messages from Xbox Live, direct to my Xbox one. Both stated that due to my inability to play the Madden 17 EA Access and NHL 17 EA access trials, my account would be credited by £3.99 (per title) and I should use this credit in the Xbox or
    Micrsoft Store before it expires on 30/06/2017. There were no codes included with the messages.

    I have received no credit to my account.

    I have contacted Microsoft support who were less than helpful.

    What gives, have I got the credit or not?

    Thanks for letting us know. Double check your
    Microsoft Commerce     for a deposit matching the stated amount. You may have to go back a couple weeks to around the release date of the game and it would be a deposit from, "Xbox Live Rewards."

    Let us know if you find it. Ea early access refunds :)

    Thanks for your patience. You should have received another message from Xbox Live advising that you received the
    NHL message in error. If you are still unable to locate your deposit for the Madden NFL 17 trial, be sure to check your Commerce account for a deposit from Xbox Live Rewards during the week of November 17, 2016.
