    EA Desktop does not download


    Hello. I wanted to play games from EA on an Xbox Game Pass subscription on a PC. The Xbox app tries to download EA DESKTOP, but says that it is currently impossible to download EA DESKTOP. I downloaded EA Desktop separately, installed it, and linked my EA and Xbox accounts. Still, games from EA, the Xbox app, won't launch, since EA DESKTOP doesn't launch from the Xbox app. I need help...

    Thanks. I checked, the Xbox and EA accounts are linked. But the EA app does not see any subscription and offers to re-register EA Play.

    Hey Vladimir!

    Check if you have linked the EA account to Xbox, then try to download EA desktop separately and try to install the game you want to play from the EA desktop (not the Xbox app). Hope this helps!

    Try this;

    1- Close the EA Desktop application
    2- Go back to the Xbox application and try to download an EA Play game
    3- The EA Desktop will run and ask you to connect your Xbox Live account (You can check if your accounts are connected at the following link https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index ;)
    4- Exit the EA Desktop again
    5- Run EA Desktop
    6- You should be able to download games directly from the EA Desktop now
