EA app logging out after PC shut down

Hi

I purchased Fifa22 via XBOX PC Game Pass application.

Can anyone explain why EA application required login in every time i launch the game ?

Initially was enough to open PC Game Pass app and double click on Fifa 22 icon, but now i have to :

1.Open PC Game Pass App

2.Double Click on Fifa22 Icon

3.Ea App pops out and asking to log in.

4.I am logging in using Microsoft Account ,email and password.

5.Finally i can play

I am shutting down my PC at end of the day.

Next day i want to play the game ,again need to repeat all 5 steps.

Super easy and convenient, joking!

So how to fix this?

Try this: Go to Windows settings >> Apps >> Xbox >> Advanced >> Repair & Reset.

After doing that, Perform the same steps for the EA Application.

Thank you for reply.

Unfortunately i did not solve the problem.

The issue is with EA app, i checked their forum and it has been reported by many users.

So far EA is not able to resolve this, they keep promising to look at it but that is it for now.

Have you changed the account signed on the app or the Microsoft store app?

Please check logging out of the Xbox app, EA app and Microsoft store app, after this restart the PC and log back in remember that the account linked to EA must be the account that has the subscription active and the same must be logged in the Microsoft store app

Should I completely log out of the Xbox app in my first computer? I can't get the Cloud Gaming button to appear within the app even in my second PC even if the first one is shut down.

Ah, thank you for letting me know. Alright, one last thing I can think of to try here. Please log out of all Xbox apps and the Store app then shut down your PC. If there are pending updates run them first.

When the PC is shut down unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there. When the internet is back up and running try again
