EA app doesn't work

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

You may see all the apps and services that are connected to your Microsoft Account by logging in, clicking "Privacy" at the top, scrolling down to "Apps & Services," and then clicking the link that says "Apps and services that can access your data." From there, you should search for the particular app or game that is giving you problems. Choose the game link then click "Edit," you can take that permission away from your account. When you run a game in example, It should prompt you to re-establish that connection, after which you can add the appropriate account.

Thank you. I have been trying to contact them. Their website is just endless threads of links and FAQs. I would love to talk to someone in customer service. Since you partner with them, would be be aware of how to actually speak with someone?

I think we really should get help from EA on this issue. Try to post this issue in the EA forums or contact their support team.

Sorry, but it doesn't work. I removed permissions from the Microsoft server so it was no longer connected. When I try to play the EA game, I get this screen.





So, I have tried to do it from the EA website. When I go to log in there and link to my XBOX account, I get this screen:





Since I have no idea what this is or how to access this account, I have no way to get into it or to adjust it. I need this link kicked off or for me to be given access to it so I can edit it myself.

It appears that this is something that must be fixed on the EA side, but I am having no luck speaking with an actual person. None of the suggested fixes on the website are working.
